 Role Overview

Part-Time Court Experience Coordinators play an important role in helping OVC programs, leagues, and events run smoothly while creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for players, parents, captains, and guests.

This role is perfect for energetic and outgoing individuals who enjoy being around volleyball, working with people, staying active, and being part of the game-day experience. Court Experience Coordinators are often the first point of contact during leagues, pick ups, tournaments, and special events.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and take down volleyball nets, courts, and equipment
• Assist with opening and closing gym spaces during programs and events
• Welcome players and help answer questions throughout the evening
• Assist with attendance, player check-ins, and registrations
• Collect and confirm payments when required
• Help ensure courts, equipment, and player areas remain organized and safe
• Capture action shots, videos, and social media content during leagues and events
• Support score reporting, standings updates, and general event flow when needed
• Assist with camps, clinics, tournaments, leagues, and special OVC events.
• Help create a positive, energetic, and inclusive atmosphere for all participants
• Participate in training and ongoing staff development opportunities

• Outgoing, friendly, and confident interacting with people
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
• Passion for volleyball, sports, or community events preferred
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable lifting and setting up volleyball equipment
• Experience with social media, photography, or video content considered an asset
• Volleyball knowledge is considered an asset, but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Evening and/or weekend availability required
